As most of our supporters, sponsors and other friends of the Club will be aware, we have been working hard over the past year to build our infrastructure, enhance our commercial activities, improve communications and introduce financial controls and good governance. Much has been achieved, but there is still much to do.

As a Board, we are supported by the Club Committee and a team of volunteers who carry out a huge amount of work on match days and in helping ensure the Club can operate. Unfortunately, that support team is creaking at the seams and we are facing ongoing challenges to ensure the Club can keep running and put on matches at New Dundas Park.

Put simply, as a Club, we currently have too many tasks and not enough people to carry these out. Without more help, it will simply be impossible for us to continue operating at the current level, far less achieve our ambitions of one day returning to the SPFL.

We have an urgent need to add to the off-field team, particularly in the following areas:

• Treasurer
• Bookkeeper / finance assistant
• Lottery and 100 Club coordinator
• Upkeep of New Dundas Park
