Angus signed for Bonnyrigg Rose in June 2023 following his departure from fellow cinch League Two side Elgin City.The versatile player who hails from Perth began his career in the youth academy of St Johnstone before a move to Forfar Athletic. Angus took a step back from SPFL football to focus on his studies at University of Stirling where we would have a successful spell playing for their team in the Lowland and BUCS leagues respectively, winning the latter in his final season.
A move back to the SPFL followed as Angus headed North to Elgin City where he made over 100 appearances before deciding to leave upon the expiration of his contract in the summer of 2023.
