Well, this is it the season all comes down to this match against East Kilbride at NDP this Saturday.
The upcoming second leg of the Scottish League Two play-off final between Bonnyrigg Rose and East Kilbride, set for Saturday, 17 May 2025, at New Dundas Park, stands as Bonnyrigg Rose's most significant match since their historic promotion to the SPFL in 2022.
The Rose requires to turn around the two-goal deficit from the first leg and will require every supporter to get right behind the team and be patient for the 90 or even 120 minutes.
In the first leg, held on 10 May 2025, East Kilbride secured a 3–1 victory at home. Cameron Elliott scored twice, and Jordan McGregor added a third goal.
Aaron Arnott netted Bonnyrigg Rose's lone goal.
The aggregate winner of this tie will earn a spot in the 2025–26 Scottish League Two season.
East Kilbride under Manager Mick Kennedy were comfortable winners of the Lowland League and overcame Highland League winners Brora Rangers (7-4) on aggregate to reach this Play Off stage.
At the end of last season East Kilbride also took part in the play off going down 3-1 at Stranraer after extra time after a 2-2 draw at K-Park
The thoughts of Manager Jonny Stewart as we go into this massive match
Welcome back to NDP for what is the last game of the season and the last game before the pitch gets ripped up.
It has been a very tough season for the club, on and off the pitch for a number of reasons and it all comes down to this one game.
There’s no denying we are up against after the defeat last week but there is still enough belief and quality in this squad that we can turn it around.
We need every single supporter right behind us from the first minute to the last.
This club deserves to stay in the league, and we will not give up.
We’ve seen many big performances and comebacks over the years from Bonnyrigg teams so let’s make this the biggest and best yet!
Cmon the rose ?
