Here we go, first home game of 2024!

As we start the New Year we kick off the second half of the season where it all began in the first league game of the season against Dumbarton at New Dundas Park back in August.

As it stands the Rose are currently in fifth and Dumbarton are fourth with both teams still looking to be involved in the play offs at the end of the season,

This is the third meeting between the teams this season with the first meeting being a 0-0 draw over 90 minutes in the Viaplay cup in July with Dumbarton narrowly winning the penalty shootout.

The first league game of the season (05/08/23) was a close affair ending in a 1-1 draw where both teams had chances to win but a draw was a fair result. Dumbarton won their home game convincingly 4-0 on 04/11/23 but after the Rose had chances to take the lead in the early stages before Dumbarton took the lead with an early penalty and from there took control of the game.

Both teams have suffered from inconsistency over the past few weeks with Dumbarton winning two of their last six league games after a strong start to the season.

The Rose will be looking to put last weeks poor result behind them and start to gain momentum for the second half of the season which gathers pace over the oncoming weeks and where any team can beat any other in this league.

Admission
Saturday’s game kicks off at 3pm, gates will open at 2pm. Admission is £14 Adults / £9 Concessions / £5 Youths & U12s go free with a paying adult. Cash and card payment available.

Catering
Our refurbished snack bar will be open, as will the snack bar in the away end prior to the game and at half time.

Club Shop
Our club shop will also be open before the game, open throughout, and close just after full time. Pop in and have a look at the range of Rose merchandise available as well as being able to purchase a brick for our brilliant supporters wall.

Supporters who sponsored a player last season can still collect their match worn shirt from the shop, we can also taking sponsors for the 2023/24 season. These can also be done online HERE.
