Rose are back in action this weekend following last Saturday’s postponement in which Forfar Athletic were due to travel to New Dundas Park, a game now rescheduled for next Tuesday.

Robbie Horn’s men must shake off any rustiness ahead of Stenhousemuir’s arrival to Boomtown, as they’ve been stern opposition in our two league meetings so far.

A first meeting on 1st October at NDP ended in a compounding 4-2 victory for the visitors, before a November clash at Ochilview finished level – with Bradley Barrett’s goal of the season contender earning Rose a point on the day.

With two-thirds of the league season gone, Rose are now needing to pick up points as Stranraer and Albion Rovers continue to snatch wins to stave off a potential bottom-place drop. Meanwhile, Stenny are currently 5th in the cinch League Two table. The Warriors are two points behind 3rd (with a game in hand) but just three points ahead of 8th.

Gary Naysmith’s men are on a six-game unbeaten run in the league, with three wins and three draws surrounding a Scottish Cup exit to cinch Premiership side Livingston.

The Warriors’ last result helped out the Rose, with a 2-0 victory over Albion Rovers achieved through Nat Wedderburn's quality strike from the edge of the box and Matthew Yates' fine one-on-one finish.

Yates is the man to watch out for, with the attacker grabbing 9 goals and 12 assists in the league thus far – the second-highest goal contribution tally in the division, behind only Rovers’ star man Charlie Reilly.

Kick-off is 3pm at New Dundas Park on Saturday. Tickets are £12 for Adults (17-65), £7 for Concessions (Disabled/Carer, 12-16 & O65s) and U12s with a paying adult go free. Season tickets are valid.
