The club is pleased to announce the signing of youngster Andy Rodden on loan from cinch League One side Clyde until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old will provide competition for places in the left-back area as Robbie Horn’s men look to kick up the league table.
Rodden started out as a youth at Rangers before heading across the city to join Partick Thistle.
After a lack of playing time at Firhill, a move to East Stirlingshire materialised, where he would run the flank against Rose in the Lowland League on multiple occasions.
The lively left-back then earned himself a switch back to the SPFL, attracting the eye of Clyde, with his home debut coming against Bonnyrigg in the League Cup back in July.
There was a brief spell back with The Shire at the turn of the year, before he was recalled by his parent club last week.
Our new man goes straight into the squad for tonight's fixture with Forfar.
Welcome to the Rose, Andy!
