Congratulations to George Hunter who has won the Scottish Cup 2019/20 goal of the season for his tremendous solo effort vs Buckie Thistle in the 2nd round at New Dundas Park.
Each Scottish Cup goal of the round made the final, with the winner revealed on A View From the Terrace on the BBC Scotland channel on Friday 18th December. The regular AVFTT panel of Craig G Telfer, Shaun McGuigan, Joel Sked and Craig Fowler were joined by special guest Craig Levein for the annual Terrace awards and Geo was almost unanimously selected as the winner of the goal of the Scottish Cup.
It is a fantastic accolade for both George and the club and is the second time the club has been honoured in the Scottish Cup, with Dean Hoskins making the Scottish Cup team of the season in 2016/17.
