The club can announce that goalkeeping coach Alex Connon has left the club to take up a similar role at cinch League One side Falkirk. Alex joined the club in June 2022 replacing Michael Burgess, bringing a wealth of experience to the role having worked with the likes of Rangers, Hearts and Hibernian. We'd like to thank Alex for his service and wish him all the very best in his new role at Falkirk.

We're delighted to announce that replacing Alex is the vastly experienced Graeme Smith. Graeme began his playing career at Rangers before making over 100 appearances for Motherwell. A move down south then followed as he signed for then League One side Brighton & Hove Albion. After a brief stint on the south coast, Graeme returned to Scotland and signed for Hibernian where he was made number one by John Hughes. A little bit further afield this time, a move to Azerbaijan was next on the cards when ex England international Tony Adams signed Smith for Gabala FC in the Azerbaijan Premier League.

Graeme returned home once more in 2012 and had spells at Partick Thistle, Ayr United, Brechin City, Stenhousemuir and Berwick Rangers before hanging up the gloves in 2022.
