Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic FC (“the Club”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Durie as Chairman with immediate effect. Ian is a life-long supporter and has a close family connection to the Club through his late father, Billy.

Ian is a retired Chartered Accountant with wide-ranging business experience as a corporate adviser and director. He is a member of the Club’s Advisory Group and has been heavily involved in the ongoing New Dundas Park redevelopment project.

As a result of Ian’s appointment, Marie Arthur will revert to her previous role as Secretary. As Chairperson, Marie has driven the Club forward in recent months in unprecedented circumstances and her dedication and hard work are hugely appreciated.

Ian and Marie are joined on the Board by Grant Fitzsimmons and Keith Wilson, the incumbent Vice Chairman and Treasurer respectively. All Board appointments will be ratified by Members at the Club’s Annual General Meeting later in the summer.
