We are delighted to announce that the Club has received a significant five-figure donation from the 1881 Club as part of the funding package for the New Dundas Park redevelopment project. This donation, alongside funding received from supporters, sponsors and the local community, as well as Midlothian Council and the SFA, will help ensure that the work being carried out will not only bring New Dundas Park up to required standards, but will give the Club and everyone associated with it a home that we can all be proud of.

As well as providing this important financial support, the 1881 Club has played a key role in the redevelopment project through the involvement of a number of its members in the Pitch Fund working group and as volunteers in carrying out a variety of tasks in and around New Dundas Park. As recognition of this support, the entrance to the ground from Dundas Street will be renamed “The 1881 Club Entrance” going forward.

We have built a great relationship with the 1881 Club since its formation early last year and look forward to working together as we continue to develop New Dundas Park and improve the facilities on offer to our supporters.
