Bonnyrigg Rose is pleased to announce that Aaron Arnott has joined the club on loan from cinch Championship side Raith Rovers until the end of the season.

The midfielder bolsters Robbie Horn’s options in the centre of the park, and makes the move after impressing in the first half of the season for Highland League title contenders Brechin City.

Arnott has made 24 appearances for the Rovers since signing professionally for the club, with his only goal being one of significance - a late winner against Kilmarnock in the SPFL Trust Trophy semi final, to send Raith en route to lifting the trophy last season.

The 19-year-old marks the second player to arrive to Boomtown from Stark’s Park this season, after Kieran Mitchell endeared himself to the Rose faithful before being recalled to Fife earlier in the month.
