Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic FC ("the Club") hereby gives notice of a Special General Meeting to be held in the Bonnyrigg Rose Social Club on Sunday 1st March 2026 at 11.00am to which all current Members are invited to attend.

Members are defined in the Club's Constitution as Season Ticket holders in the years in which they hold a season ticket, Sponsors in the years in which they hold a sponsorship with the Club, and currently serving Board and Club Committee members.

The purpose of the meeting will be to consider the proposal that the Club is incorporated as a limited liability company.
