Prolific goalscorer Wayne will be well known to those that follow East of Scotland/Lowland League football as he has been a regular at the top of the goal scoring charts for the past decade.
This isn't his first foray into the junior ranks however as he had a previous spell at neighbours Arniston Rangers.
Top goalscorer in the SuperLeague last season, Wayne will be looking to at least match or even better last season's total of 37 in all competitions, which saw him pick up the Supporters POTY last season.
