We are delighted to announce the signing of Ex Dunfermline & Berwick Rangers defender Kerr Young. 22 year old Young has clocked up over 50 senior appearances in League 1 & 2 and will add to the increasing competition for first team places.

Manager Robbie Horn said: "Kerr is a player I know well from our time at Berwick Rangers. He's a good centre half who is comfortable on the ball and reads the game well. He should undoubtably be playing at a higher level as he was a first team regular at Dunfermline just a couple of seasons ago. He did have options to sign elsewhere so it speaks volumes to me that he chose us and I am delighted he did. That takes the squad up to 19 excluding those on loan and as I keep repeating to the players every single one of them will have their part to play over the course of the rest of the season".
Kerr goes straight into the squad and is available for selection for tomorrow's DJ Laing East of Scotland fixture away to Downfield and we welcome Kerr to The Rose.
