We are delighted to announce that we have appointed former Hearts, Forfar Athletic and Berwick Rangers player and assistant manager Robbie Horn as David McGlynn's successor at New Dundas Park.
Robbie had spent the last three years at Shielfield as assistant manager under Ian Little and Colin Cameron before his resignation earlier this season. He also has a spell as manager of Lowland League side Vale of Leithen following his release from Berwick as a player. He undertook his UEFA "B" License at the same time as the last two Bonnyrigg Rose managers (Max Christie & David McGlynn).
On his appointment Robbie said " I am honoured to be given the chance to manage such a big club and can't wait to get started. We have the nucleus of a good squad and with a few additions I genuinely feel we can challenge for trophies. Players have been targeted already and hope to have some news soon on that front."
