The club officials have decided to call an extraordinary general meeting to go through proposals with recommendations and ultimately hold a vote on the future direction the members want the officials to take the club on their behalf and with their support.

Those eligible to attend are as per article 7 (b) (i) and (j) of the club constitution:

b) The quorum at a Club Committee meeting shall be 5 members, of which at least one must be an office bearer.

i) A Special General Meeting may be called at any time throughout the year with 14 days notice required prior to the meeting and will require the same quorum as both the Annual General Meeting/Club Committee meeting.

j) All life members, season ticket holders, sponsors and outgoing Committee members may attend the Annual General Meeting (outgoing committee members not applicable for SGM/CCM). All others wishing to attend may be allowed entry at the discretion of the Chairperson.

Respective cards (e.g. season ticket/life membership) must be produced on arrival, otherwise entry may be refused.
