Heart of Midlothian owner Ann Budge has been in contact with the club and has offered to send a Heart of Midlothian U20 side to play a Bonnyrigg Rose XI on September 21st at 2 p.m. in aid of our defibrilator appeal.

This initiative was initially taken on by our club physio Danielle McNaught through fundraising events and the club have received private donations also.

We have approximately half of the money raised so far so we hope that in playing this friendly we will have raised sufficient funds to purchase the equipment.

Included in the purchase price of the defibrillator is training of up to eight people on the use of the equipment so it is money well spent.
